The Future - Youth Engagement

Young people are very much at the heart of what Treite is all about, starting off as a team of creatives trying to create socially aware animation for the youth, we now strive to work alongside them to help the future generations develop their skills and to provide them with valuable work experience.

Within our own projects we have youth involvement from concept to completion, when creating our feature product BRL, we spent months working with focus groups during concept stage, mid production and for feedback, the information collated provided us with vital feedback and suggestions to help us create a piece that they connected to and could relate to.

We are now working alongside youth organisations directly and through our partners to develop schemes and initiatives to get them more involved in the process, with the ultimate aim of running youth animation workshops and collating a library of invidually produced content that can generate revenues for our budding future entrepreneurs and animators.
